We are now in the NEW YEAR, 2008! Wow how time has flied by, I can remember 10 years ago being a senior in high school not knowing what the future had in store for me. And now 10 years later, I am teaching PE at AHS, married to a great wife, a home owner and teammates with some of my closest friends on an Adventure Racing team.
Annalisa and I started off the new year this morning with a 30 mile road ride with the Skagit Bicycle Club. A bit on the cold side, but once we got going, we welcomed the cool brisk air and enjoyed views of the ocean, a snow covered Mt. Baker and of course the roadkill.
As people sit down to write out there New Year's Resolutions, hopefully they we'll become a member at Thrive CF, the one goal that I pray everyone writes down is to enjoy every minute. That is really my #1, to slow down and 'smell the roses'.
This year, Don't just live... THRIVE!!!
Get out and ride, run, climb, navigate and paddle as much as you can.

Hey, where's our most recent adventure? You really should have a spot for Teva. We'll have to catch her on camera next time we're out in the trails with her.
Love you ARMAN
