Well, I must admit, I am definitely starting to get sick and tired of it being dark before 5:00. Today for instance I got home and dressed ready to go out and boom, I look outside and realize there is no way I'll finish let alone start my run before the onset of darkness. Sure enough, by the time I've got everything together it is 5:15 and yep... it's dark. Fortunately for me, I decided to run with my Ipod, which I usually don't, and it made the time go by a bit faster. The run was pretty non eventful, I went 7 miles on the Tommy Thompson trail passing maybe five others in 50 minutes. To make things interesting, I decided to through in a few sets of intervals during the middle of the run (I've got to do more of these). I can definetly feel that I did something, especially in my calves. After talking to Annalisa this evening she mentioned that I (along with most Pacific Northwesterners) could be suffering from a bit of the SADs (seasonal affective disorder), but there are a number of things that we can do to overcome this. One way that she recommends is a bit more vitamin D in my daily diet - I'll have to tell the chef ;)'

I'm glad to see you're making use of your new camera! Here's to the many adventure's to come! Don't worry, the days are getting longer as we speak.
PS. Vitamin D is very hard to get in the diet, so we'll have to incorporate a supplement or two. :)
LOVE YOU!
