In a few hours Annalisa and I will be heading down to TOLT/MacDonald park for a few nights of R & R. We are both looking forward to it as it will be our first actual tent camping trip! We've gone through the list, checked it twice trying to make sure we've got all of the necessities and nothing more. We plan on floating the river, doing some mt. biking and stopping at Starbucks for the morning coffee (really getting out of our element).We are going to try to hit Mt. Si one of the days we are there, since we don't get to hike there very often and meet up with Dean Thursday evening for a ride.

PS. Joe, Jeff and the rest of team APEX ministries (an affiliate of THRIVE) took off for Jamaica this morning. Please pray for safety and a life changing 8 days, as they spread the good news that is Jesus Christ.
