- This is the time of year that you are able to heal your damaged body from the previous year's pounding.
- This is the time of year to evaluate last year's results and be true to yourself.
- This is the time of year that you re-evaluate your goals.
- This is the time of year that you recommit to your fitness plans.
- This is the time of year to go for it!
To help combat against the never ending challenges that we face during this time of year, I have found something that helps me maintain motivation. Although, I don't hit all of the sessions on the schedule it gives me a solid target to shoot for each and every day.
